Fitness has been a part of my life since I can remember. From sports, to exercise, to outdoor activities you name it. I am skilled in many different aspects, and am prepared to adjust to anybody’s needs/wants. I love to interact with people whether it’s group fitness or one on one individual training, making what seemed to be your “tough workout”, a lot of fun in the process. I run a tight ship, and know what it takes to achieve your goals. Helping, and educating people on how important health and fitness is and always will be my passion. I have been a trainer for 4 years now and will be continuing my knowledge and strengths throughout the way. I have clients from 13 years old to 85 years old, from cancer patients, to athletes, to injured, diabetic, to just plain old wanting to get a great workout, and count calories. I am trained in self-defense/martial arts and am able to provide lessons, as well as including some of this training in your routine.
