A Body-N-Motion will stay in motion, and here at Body-N-Motion we will put you in motion! Our training programs are tailor made for each and every client. The one size fits all approach does not work when it comes to training people with unique goals and needs. Our workouts can meet the needs of the disabled, the elderly, expecting mothers, executives, professional athletes and anyone in between.

Why Body-N-Motion: I haven't eaten red-meat or pork in 35 years. My diet consists of poultry, fish, vegetables and fruits. Everyday habits pay great rewards. I have been training virtually my whole adult life. At the age of 65 I can hold my own with any 20-30 year old.
