Why Body-N-Motion: I haven't eaten red-meat or pork in 35 years. My diet consists of poultry, fish, vegetables and fruits. Everyday habits pay great rewards. I have been training virtually my whole adult life. At the age of 65 I can hold my own with any 20-30 year old.
